IceCreamMachine.ph was born out of a simple frustration: it was too hard for Filipino food entrepreneurs to find reliable, affordable ice cream equipment without going through complicated importers.

A Small Idea That Grew Into a Trusted Brand

In 2015, our founder Grace Villanueva was trying to start a small ice cream parlor in Batangas. She spent months going
from supplier to supplier, getting confusing quotes and no real advice on which machine would work for her shop size and menu.

After finally opening her store and learning the industry firsthand, Grace saw an opportunity: Filipino food business
owners deserved a supplier who actually understood their world — someone who could explain machines in plain
language, offer fair prices, and be reachable after the sale.

So she founded IceCreamMachine.ph. Today, we've helped over 800 business owners — from small taho vendors to hotel chains — find the right machine, get trained, and start serving with confidence.
